The leasing staff has been fantastic to work with! They have worked attentively to ensure I am in the right apartment for my needs and budget. I wanted to take a moment to thank you and the rest of the staff at Union Hill. My recent move went very smoothly and it did so because of the efforts of the staff in various departments. I am starting another year at the Founders and the main reason I stay is because of the service I receive when something is broken. When I report a problem to the courteous front desk person, it is usually fixed within the first 24 hours and always with 48 hours. My home is always exactly the way I left it except that “magic” happens and the broken item is fixed. The only way I know someone was in my place is from the copy of the work order left for me. I am a picky person and I recognize that about myself, so it is helpful to have the repairs that I requested be completed so quickly. Please know that it IS noticed and is the main reason I stay with the Founders. Thanks to you all. I hope you will share this with your co-workers so they can see that their efforts ARE appreciated.
